Dr. Alia Ibrahim
Dr. Alia Ibrahim is a compassionate family physician committed to delivering comprehensive primary care. She earned her medical degree from the University of Toronto in 2023, followed by a year of inpatient Internal Medicine training before completing her Family Medicine residency in 2026. Her background in hospital-based medicine strengthens her clinical expertise and informs her special interests in hospitalist medicine and continuity of care. Dr. Ibrahim is known for her thoughtful, empathetic approach and her ability to guide patients through both acute and long-term health concerns. A collaborative leader in family medicine, she is committed to advancing high-quality primary care while fostering strong, lasting relationships with her patients and community.

Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim is a dedicated and forward-thinking pharmacist committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing pharmacy services. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Wayne State University in 2017 and has since built a strong foundation in community pharmacy practice.
With extensive experience at Shoppers Drug Mart, where he served as both Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager, he has led high-performing teams while enhancing patient care programs and operational excellence. Known for his leadership, innovation, and patient-first approach, Dr. Ibrahim continually seeks new ways to improve access, efficiency, and quality in pharmacy services, ensuring every patient receives personalized and trusted care.
Child PsychiatryDr. Abdul-Rahman Ibrahim
Dr. Abdul-Rahman Ibrahim is a compassionate physician dedicated to advancing mental health care within the community. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University in 2018 and completed primary care training before pursuing his passion for psychiatry in North Bay, ON. Committed to supporting children, adolescents, and families, he went on to complete a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry subspecialty fellowship at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University, graduating in 2026.
Dr. Ibrahim is deeply focused on breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and empowering patients through education, advocacy, and compassionate, evidence-based care. He works collaboratively with families and community partners to foster resilience, early intervention, and lifelong wellness.
Dr. Muheildean Ibrahim
Dr. Muheildean Ibrahim is a highly skilled radiologist with a focused expertise in musculoskeletal and sports imaging. He earned his medical degree from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine in 2020 and completed his residency in Radiology at the University of Toronto in 2025. He subsequently pursued advanced fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging at the University of Toronto, further refining his expertise in diagnosing complex bone, joint, and soft tissue conditions. Dr. Ibrahim has a strong clinical interest in sports medicine and musculoskeletal imaging, working closely with referring physicians, therapists, and athletic teams to support accurate diagnosis, injury prevention, and optimized recovery. He is committed to delivering precise, evidence-based imaging interpretation while contributing to collaborative, high-performance patient care.
